Senior Baseball Instructor
As a former Major League Pitcher with the Chicago White Sox, Mike has been involved with Frozen Ropes, first as a student and now as a National Instructor, for over fourteen years.
Mike reached the Big leagues in 1995 and pitched for the White Sox for two years before spending time with the Seattle Mariners and the New York Yankees.
General Manager and Instructor
Vincenzo is a former Frozen Ropes athlete, playing in the organization for 3 years before playing in college. Vincenzo attended Manhattanville College for 2 years before transferring and playing at Mount Saint Mary College where he graduated. After graduation, Vincenzo attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where he received a Masters degree in Sport Psychology.
Anthony played 3 years as a starter Catcher for the Monroe-Woodbury High School Varsity team. He continued his playing career at Rockland Community College in 2013 & 2015 where he was a 2013 Conference Champion and 2015 Sportsman of the year. Upon graduation, he shifted his focus towards teaching and coaching.
Denis Mclaughlin has been a student and coach with Frozen Ropes for over 20 years. He was drafted 7th round during his junior year at Old Dominion University. He was a minor league baseball player for the Boston Red Sox and the Atlanta Braves and was the 1991 Times Herald Record Player of the Year. He has held the position of Varsity Assistant Coach at Norview High School and Pitching Coach at Fordham University.
Ian joins Frozen Ropes from Maryland. As a middle infielder he played 2 years at the Community College of Balimore County at their Catonsville campus from 2011-2012. After graduating he transferred to East Stroudsburg University of PA where he got his B.A. in Recreation and Leisure Service Management in 2015. From the summer of 2015-2018 he was an assistant with the Putty Hill Panthers in the Maryland Collegiate Baseball League. From the spring of 2016 to the fall of 2019 he was also an Assistant Coach at CCBC-Catonsville. He recently obtained his MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
