He is considered one of the leading experts in the baseball and softball world that can integrate the physical, mental and visual skills needed to perform at a higher level. Senior Baseball Instructor
As a former Major League Pitcher with the Chicago White Sox, Mike has been involved with Frozen Ropes, first as a student and now as a National Instructor, for over fourteen years. Mike reached the Big leagues in 1995 and pitched for the White Sox for two years before spending time with the Seattle Mariners and the New York Yankees.
Instructor
Aaron played collegiate baseball at Schenectady County Community College from 2000-2001 and Point Park University from 2003-2004. He has 11 years of college coaching experiencing and 8 years experience being a recruiting coordinator. He has coached at Point Park University, Hartwick College, Centenary College, Union College, NYU-Poly, and NYU. He has successfully guided over 150 high school players and their families through the recruiting process.
Instructor
Kevin played collegiately for Florida State and the University of Central Florida. Kevin then went on to play professionally with the St. Louis Cardinals.
Instructor
Colin, a Warwick High School alum, played 2 years of collegiate baseball at Lackawanna College. Colin was a D2 All Regional Second Team Catcher and led his collegiate team to the World Series, finishing 10th nationwide.
